Mo_&_A Bamboo Floor Lamp

Mo_&_A Bamboo Floor Lamp explores how the natural flexibility of steel can reinterpret the segmented growth and curvature of plant stems. Rather than directly imitating an organic form, the design allows its shape to emerge from the material and structure itself.

By varying the length of each section, the steel plates bend naturally into a series of continuous curves that echo the rhythm of stems and nodes. A dimmable light source is concealed between the plates, allowing light to pass through the gaps and reflect off the metal surfaces to create a warm, soft, indirect glow.

The lamp is composed of three detachable sections, allowing it to be easily disassembled for transport and assembled by the user. This construction reduces packaging volume while maintaining the lamp’s continuous silhouette.
