We stand by our quality with a one-year warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects, but does not apply to damage caused by improper use, impact, liquid contact, or unauthorised repairs.

With stainless steel and aluminium products, subtle marks or light scratches can naturally occur during the production process. These are inherent to the material and craftsmanship, and are not considered faults.

If your lamp develops a fault within the warranty period, return it to our warehouse for a free repair — you’ll just need to cover the shipping cost. After the warranty period, we continue to offer repair services for a fee, depending on the issue.
