Global curation for steel and colour

Founded in 2023 in Sydney by Alan and Vivi, SILCO HAUS is a global design curation platform built around a single belief — that beautiful, considered design should be part of everyday life.

With backgrounds spanning design, product, and visual culture, they share a long-standing fascination with industrial materials, colour, and the role of well-considered objects in everyday spaces. SILCO HAUS reflects their desire to build something thoughtful yet approachable — curated, yet lived-in.

Design that carries tension

Bauhaus taught that colour is not decoration — it is structure. That steel, form, and pigment speak a single language.

SILCO HAUS is built on that belief. SILver and COlour — but what it points to is contrast: restraint and expression held in tension, industrial and chromatic, quiet and bold. When opposites meet without resolving, something emerges. That is the harmony we curate — and through Studio SILCO, the objects we make.

CURATE

We don't aggregate. We select. We look for the moment colour earns its place. Every space, object, and story passes through one filter —
The question is always the same: does it carry tension? If yes, it belongs here.

CREATE

Studio SILCO is our in-house design arm. From concept to packaging, every piece is built with material precision and obsessive detail. Noka is where we began.

CONNECT

Based in our Newtown showroom, we present objects, host exhibitions, and partner with designers and spaces that share a language of restraint and colour.

Our brand

In 2025, we launched Studio SILCO to bring our curation philosophy to life through self-initiated products. Every piece is developed in-house — from concept to final packaging — crafted with material precision, hand-curated taste, and obsessive attention to detail.

Work with us

Our Newtown showroom is a living space for design — exhibitions, presentations, pop-ups, and curated objects that carry our point of view. We partner with designers, studios, and brands whose work speaks the same language.
